How it works: Choose a contact source (CSV, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or REST API), configure your Bland AI call settings, then dispatch calls manually or on a schedule. Each contact name and email are passed to the AI so it knows who it is calling.

Step 1: Choose where your contacts come from. You can upload a CSV, connect to GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or pull from any REST API.

Contact Source

Upload a CSV file containing your contacts. Must have columns for name, phone, and optionally email.

Pull contacts from GoHighLevel assigned to a specific user. Contacts are filtered by tags and marked after dispatch to prevent duplicates.

Only contacts assigned to this user will be pulled. Find this in GHL under the contact Assigned User field.

Pull contacts from HubSpot CRM. Use a private app access token with Contacts scope.

Pull contacts from any REST API. Configure the endpoint and tell us where to find the name, phone, and email in the response.

Step 3: Test your configuration then dispatch calls. All calls use the pathway, voice, and settings from the Settings tab.

Test Call

Send a single call to any phone number to verify your pathway and settings work correctly.

Batch Dispatch

Pull contacts from your configured source and dispatch them as calls.

Dry Run -- show payload, no calls made
Test (1 call) -- dispatch one real call to the first contact
Go Live -- dispatch real calls up to batch size
Auto-dispatch: When enabled, contacts will be pulled and dispatched automatically at the configured time and days.
